Abstract

This utility model relates to the oil, oil refining, and other industries where significant quantities of oil-containing waste are generated, stored, and stored for long periods in sludge ponds, specifically to a waste oil product processing plant. The technical result achieved is a simplified plant design and reduced capital costs. The installation for processing oil sludge includes a preliminary processing unit for oil sludge, containing a series-connected receiving tank, a crusher and a sieve separator, the pyrolysis furnace is made with an external thermal electric heater, covering the furnace body, equipped with an inert gas supply nozzle, a thermocouple, a pressure gauge and a temperature controller, connected to a drive and connected by means of a sludge pump to the preliminary processing unit, wherein the pyrolysis furnace is connected by gas ducts to a condensation and separation unit, which includes a heat exchanger-condenser, a pyrolysis product separator and a tank for light petroleum products. The proposed utility model allows for the regulation of key process parameters (temperature and pressure), ensuring the production of gaseous and liquid products from the thermal processing of oil sludge, reducing energy costs by optimizing the temperature regime and uniform heat distribution in the furnace, and simplifying the design and operation of the unit.
