Abstract
The utility model relates to the field of construction, namely to metal frames of quickly erected industrial, warehouse and production buildings, and concerns a system of assembly units of a building's metal frame, designed with the possibility of bolted flange connection of frame elements to each other without the use of welding at the assembly site. The objective of the utility model is to create a system of assembly units for a building's metal frame that simplifies the transportation and installation of frame elements, increases assembly accuracy, reduces installation time, improves manufacturing efficiency, enables large-scale assembly of structures, and enables dismantling, modification, and reassembly of the building's metal frame. The technical result consists in the production of metal frame units in the form of separate standardized factory elements, connected to each other by means of bolted flange connections without the use of welding at the installation site, which ensures increased installation accuracy, reduced transportation costs, improved manufacturing quality, simplified dismantling, and expanded possibilities for modifying the building's metal frame. A system of assembly units for a metal building frame is proposed, containing column support units, cornice units, ridge units and cantilever units for fastening overhead crane beams, wherein the column support unit contains a support plate with holes for anchor bolts, stiffeners, a column element and a flange for a bolted connection with the column, the cornice unit contains a flange for a bolted connection with the column, a flange for connecting the column to the roof beam, a T-section, plates for fastening the spacers and ties of the frame, the ridge unit contains a flange for connecting the roof beams, a T-section, plates for fastening the spacers and ties of the frame, elements on the upper shelf for fastening the roof purlins, and the cantilever unit contains a flange for connecting to the column, a T-section and stiffening ribs of the overhead crane beam.
