Abstract

The invention relates to transport machines, specifically belt conveyor drives, and is designed to control the operation of drives in automatic mode. The technical objective is to expand the drive's functionality and improve its performance. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that a microprocessor control device and a drive for adjusting the displacement of the axis of the second driven drum in the horizontal direction are additionally introduced into the automatic system, the first and second drive drums are additionally equipped with bearing sensors placed on the drum axis in the form of grooves additionally made on the outer rings of the bearings with primary measuring transducers placed in the zone of their greatest elastic deformations, for example, strain gauges, the first and second driven drums are additionally equipped with centrally axially symmetrically located bushings connected to the outer bushings, Uniformly spaced elastically deformable rods around the circumference. These automatic adjustments increase the traction capacity of the belt conveyor drive under conditions of variations in the initial traction force and external destabilizing factors that change the loading force. The technical result of using the proposed invention consists in expanding the functional capabilities of the drive and improving its technical characteristics.
