Abstract

The technical result is achieved by a method for producing a two-component sealant, which includes preparing component A, containing a polymer binder, a dispersed filler and aerosil, and component B, containing an amine hardener and a catalyst, mixing the components until homogeneous masses are obtained and then mixing components A and B, characterized in that carbon black (soot) of grade P514 and / or P803 is used as a dispersed filler, which is pre-treated with a 4% solution of nitric acid, washed until a neutral medium, then treated with a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide and dried at a temperature of 130°C, while in component A, the epoxy resin Etal 370, used as a binder, is heated at a temperature of 30–50°C and maintained at a temperature of 60–110°C for 2 hours, after which aerosil, polyetheramine and the specified carbon black are introduced and mixed until a homogeneous state, and triethylenetetramine, used as a hardener, carbon black and an amine catalyst are added to component B with subsequent mixing, after which components A and B are mixed in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: Component A: epoxy resin Etal 370 - 35 polyetheramine 8 carbon black (carbon black) grade P514 and / or P803 - 54 aerosil - 6 Component B: triethylenetetramine -35 carbon black (carbon black) grade P514 and / or P803 -55 amine catalyst -10
