The technical result of the invention is achieved by producing dog food from heat-treated parts of animal and bird carcasses by mechanical grinding with leguminous components (wheat, corn, peas), flax, phytobiotics and subsequent extrusion. The essence of the invention is that meat and by-products subjected to mechanical grinding in a rotary drum with leguminous components (wheat, corn, peas) are mixed with flax, The extruded, enriched dog food, which contains the mineral and phytobiotic supplement BioFeed-P, which has hepatoprotective properties, and the phytobiotic extract of wormwood, is extruded at temperatures up to 180°C, producing granules with a diameter of 3 to 10 mm.
