Method for producing a copper-containing organometallic compound

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of coordination chemistry and nanotechnology, in particular to methods for synthesizing porous metal-organic framework compounds (MOF) suitable for use in adsorption, catalytic processes and wastewater treatment. A method for producing a copper(III)-containing metal-organic framework compound is proposed, comprising: dissolving copper (III) nitrate in dimethylformamide, adding diphenylamine in a molar ratio of Cu³⁺:ligand = 1:1–1:2, stirring at 25°C for 30 min, heat treating the resulting mixture at 90–100°C for 8 h in a closed glass container, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing with water and ethanol, drying at 60°C for 2 h.
