Abstract

The invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for surgical correction of deformities and stabilization of intervertebral joints in cases of scoliosis, kyphosis, osteochondrosis, and other spinal disorders. The technical result of using the proposed invention is the expansion of functional capabilities and improved technical characteristics. In the body of the support, an additional one-sided open, horizontally oriented rectangular slot is made, the end of which, opposite from the open edge, is connected to a through cylindrical groove located across the entire width of the support; blind holes are additionally made in the thickened plate, located at an equal distance from the axis of the slot, The retainer additionally includes a prefabricated replaceable height-adjustable bracket in the form of a vertically oriented convex-curvilinearly curved rod and two horizontally oriented pins at the ends, designed with the ability to interact with blind holes of a thickened plate, while the horizontal pins of the height-adjustable bracket are additionally connected by a telescopically extendable rod with the ability to fix the achieved extension level.
