Abstract

The invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to technical means for non-moldboard soil cultivation and application of granulated mineral fertilizers. The unit consists of a tractor and a transport trailer, which houses a fertilizer box with dispensers mounted underneath the box, a hydraulic motor with a fan, an airflow stabilizing and equalizing system, mixing chambers, and a tillage implement for no-till soil cultivation and application of granular mineral fertilizers. Flat-cutting working tools are mounted on the implement frame. On the racks, on the rear side in the direction of travel, fertilizer pipes are attached, to which flexible fertilizer pipes are connected, the lower ends of the fertilizer pipes are connected to the under-foot space of the working bodies, in which dividers are installed, having the shape of a truncated prism with curved distribution surfaces. The frame of the implement is equipped with support wheels with mechanisms for adjusting the depth of processing, support and transport wheels mounted on their hubs, which are rigidly fixed to longitudinal rods, connected by hinges to the frame on one side and by means of a screw coupler. A trailer is mounted to the front of the gun frame, connected via horizontal rods and a turnbuckle to the vertical support of the transport trolley on one side and to the vertical support on the other side, mounted on the gun frame. The front of the transport trolley is equipped with a trailer and support wheels, the hubs of which are fitted with extensions with drive sprockets, which are connected via a chain drive to the driven sprocket of the metering mechanism. The horizontal links are connected to a hydraulic cylinder via a pivot lever mounted on a vertical post and link. The press wheels are attached to the rear frame. The essence of the invention is that between the tractor and the cultivator in front, a transport trolley is additionally installed, on which a large-volume hopper with systems for dosing and transporting fertilizers to the cultivator's working parts is installed, the transport trolley is equipped in the front part with a trailer for connection to the tractor, and in the rear part it is connected to the cultivator by means of three horizontal rods, of which the two lower rods are pivotally connected to the fingers of the cultivator frame, and the upper rod is connected via a screw coupler to a vertical post, pivotally fixed to the cultivator frame and rigidly connected to the latter, the drive of the seeding units is carried out by means of a chain transmission, the drive sprocket, with the help of elongated hubs mounted on the hubs of the support wheels of the transport trolley, driven on the shaft of the seeding units. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that between the tractor and the cultivator there is additionally installed a transport trolley, on which a large-volume hopper with systems for dosing and transporting fertilizers to the cultivator's working parts is installed, the transport trolley is equipped in the front part with a trailer for connection to the tractor, and in the rear part it is connected to the cultivator by means of three horizontal rods, of which the two lower rods are connected by a hinge with the fingers of the cultivator frame, and the upper rod is connected via a screw coupler with a vertical post on the transport trolley on one side and a vertical post on the cultivator frame on the other side, the drive of the seeding units is carried out by means of a chain transmission, the drive sprocket, with the help of elongated hubs mounted on the hubs of the support wheels of the transport trolley, driven on the shaft of the seeding units.
