Nutrient medium for cultivation of bacteria

Abstract

The invention relates to biotechnology and can be effectively used in laboratory cultivation of various bacteria. The technical result is a plant-based nutrient medium that eliminates the risk of contaminants and enables the cultivation of various bacterial species with more reliable results and at a lower cost. This is achieved due to the fact that a well-known nutrient medium for cultivating bacteria, containing distilled water, soy and yeast extract, is proposed to additionally include in the composition a vegetable broth prepared on the basis of champignons, carrots and broccoli with the addition of agar-agar, a 0.9% sodium chloride solution in the following ratio of components, wt. % agar-agar – 1.4-1.6 soy protein isolate – 0.9-1.1 yeast extract – 0.4-0.6 sodium chloride solution 0.9% – 0.4-0.6 vegetable broth – 79.0-81.0 distilled water – 15.1-17.9.
