Abstract

The invention relates to the field of veterinary science, in particular to veterinary immunology, and can be used for the prevention of infectious diseases of farm animals - infectious enterotoxemia of sheep and anaerobic dysentery. The key element of the proposed method for preventing infectious diseases in sheep is complex immunization, synchronized with the cyclical reproduction of the herd, which ensures the formation of continuous collective immunity against clostridial infections, including infectious enterotoxemia and anaerobic dysentery, and also contributes to the safety of lambs and the reduction of epizootic risks in conditions of year-round production. The technical result of the claimed invention is the creation of an integrated technology for reproduction and veterinary prophylaxis, ensuring the year-round formation of stable herd immunity against clostridial infections of sheep, including infectious enterotoxemia and anaerobic dysentery.
