Abstract

The invention relates to the field of medicine, specifically to molecular biology, and can be used in clinical practice, namely in pediatrics, to predict the risk of developing hypoapolipoproteinemia A1 in adolescents of the Kazakh population with overweight and / or obesity. The objective of the proposed invention is to implement a method for predicting the risk of developing hypoapolipoproteinemia A1 among adolescents of the Kazakh population living in the Republic of Kazakhstan for the timely prevention of conditions such as obesity, diabetes mellitus, and metabolic syndrome. The method for predicting the risk of developing hypoapolipoproteinemia A1 includes DNA isolation and molecular genetic analysis to determine the LPL Ser447Ter (rs328) gene polymorphism using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The presence of G alleles (GG genotype) of the LPL / Ser447Ter (rs328) gene reduces the risk of developing hypoapolipoproteinemia A1 in adolescents of the Kazakh population, and the carriage of CC / CG genotypes increases the likelihood of developing hypoapolipoproteinemia A1 in the Kazakh population. Analysis of polymorphism in the ADBR2 / Gln27Glu (rs1042714) [C / G] gene showed the absence of a potential impact on the development of hypoapolipoproteinemia A1 in adolescents of the Kazakh population. The proposed method allows for diagnosing the risk of developing hypoapolipoproteinemia A1 in adolescents of the Kazakh population, which will enable timely prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia. This method will help predict the early diagnosis of dyslipidemia, which in turn leads to overweight and / or obesity, diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases, and timely initiation of prevention of these conditions.
