Abstract
This utility model relates to the production of sorbents and ion-exchange materials that can be used to extract alkaline earth metals, particularly strontium(II) ions, from aqueous solutions. The anion exchange resin, synthesized using aniline, epichlorohydrin, and polyethylenepolyamine, has the following structure: The resulting anion exchange resin has a sorption capacity for strontium(II) ions of 281.6 mg / g. Due to its high sorption properties, it can be used to extract strontium(II) ions from wastewater generated in the nuclear power industry.
