Hybrid technological process control system and method

Abstract

The hybrid technological process control system relates to the field of technological process automation and control systems. Existing systems are often limited due to their dependence on internet connectivity, the low computational capacity of local components, and the inability to effectively manage complex process parameter analytics tasks. The proposed hybrid system includes a processing module PROC (1), a control system EVS (2), a local server LocalHub (4), and a remote server Cloud (3). LocalHub (4) ensures uninterrupted process control in the event of connectivity issues, while Cloud (3) performs advanced parameter analysis, including forecasting and digital twin modeling. The system is applicable to industrial processes that require reliable, autonomous control, such as production lines, energy management, or the automation of critical infrastructure.
