Control system "LT" for button or keyboard diatonic musical instruments ABSTRACT This invention relates to the field of musical instruments, more specifically to control systems for an instrument with at least one keyboard with buttons or keys. The control system “LT” or its individual parts can be adapted for use in diatonic button accordions, concertinas, chordophones, organs, melodeons, and various types of synthesizers. Applying the invention to the design of a reed aerophone musical instrument results in a Lithuanian-type button accordion with a new, comfortable, and intuitive fingering for both the right and left hands. The layout of notes on the main melody keyboard allows for a comfortable position and fingering of the right hand when playing complex melody passages. An installation of an additional keyboard for playing melodies on the inside of the instrument's right-hand keyboard panel, which is accessible with the thumb of the right hand, expands possibilities for playing notes in other keys or playing more varied chords. The layout of notes on the accompaniment keyboard is intuitive and compact, and allows for very comfortable accompaniment with both two and three fingers of the left hand, as well as convenient accompaniment transitions. The control system “LT” fills the gaps in existing control systems for diatonic button or keyboard musical instruments and offers a wide range of possibilities for musicians from specific ethnic groups and musical styles.
