Prefabricated trench reinforcement structure

Abstract

The invention relates to a prefabricated trench reinforcement structure intended for military field fortifications, civil defense, temporary trenches, engineering excavations and emergency works. The structure consists of vertical (2) and horizontal (1) tubular elements connected by mechanical locking units and fixing elements (4), forming an independently rigid modular frame. Specially shaped brackets (3) are attached to the frame, which are locked by rotational movement and allow the frame segments to be connected at different angles. The structure allows for the formation of uneven trench plan geometry, height changes and stair transitions, and if necessary, additional soil retaining elements can be used. The technical result achieved is increased structural flexibility when forming trenches in terrain with complex relief, reduced number of structural elements and simplified installation in field conditions without the use of specialized tools.
