Abstract
The present invention relates to a beverage keg system compatible with domestic draft beer machines and using an independent gas injection mechanism. The system comprises a rigid keg container (10) equipped with a flexible inner pouch (20) for storing the beverage, such as beer, and a gas injection valve (50) that connects to a gas cartridge (40) to maintain constant pressure between the pouch (20) and the inner walls of the keg (10), thus ensuring a constant flow of beer at pressure. The keg also includes an overpressure safety device and an air inlet blocker to prevent air from being supplied to the dispenser's compressor and to ensure functional separation between the dispenser and the keg pressurization system. The system improves compatibility with existing draft beer machines while offering increased safety, greater ease of use, and environmental benefits.Figure for summary: FIG. 6.
