Abstract

The present invention provides a wearable device and usage method for preventing and treating sarcopenia rehabilitation, relating to the field of sarcopenia rehabilitation training equipment. This wearable device for sarcopenia rehabilitation includes two horizontal rods, each of which is fixedly connected to a connecting block on its inner side. One side of each connecting block is fixedly connected to a waist support component. The use of the horizontal rods and waist support component significantly enhances the safety of the device for the patient.
