A Hot Compress Device for Dysmenorrhea in Gynecological Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract

This invention discloses a hot compress device for dysmenorrhea in gynecological traditional Chinese medicine, which belongs to the technical field of gynecological traditional Chinese medicine. The device comprises: a hot compress belt configured to apply hot compress to the abdomen of a dysmenorrhea patient; an insertion belt with one end fixed to one side of the hot compress belt; and a bearing belt with one end fixed to the other side of the hot compress belt. By arranging a counterweight rotating plate with a higher gravity than the hot compress belt, this invention leverages the characteristic that the counterweight rotating plate always points to the direction of gravity in a natural state. Through a connecting rope, a continuous pulling force is exerted on the insertion belt, thereby driving the hot compress belt to closely fit the patient's abdomen. Regardless of the patient's posture—whether standing, walking, sitting, or in any other position—the gravitational effect of the counterweight rotating plate can automatically adjust the magnitude of the pulling force, prevent gaps from forming between the hot compress belt and the abdomen, reduce heat loss, ensure that the hot compress effect acts on the dysmenorrhea site continuously and stably, and significantly improve the efficacy of hot compress in relieving dysmenorrhea.
