Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of printed circuit board die-cutting tools and relates in particular to a non-stick die-cutting tool for flexible printed circuit boards, which includes a waste collection box. A mounting plate is arranged on the top of the waste collection box, and a stop plate assembly is provided horizontally directly above the mounting plate. The workpiece to be cut is fed in via the top of the stop plate assembly and on the side facing away from the cylinder, so that the workpiece is placed on the top of the stop plate assembly. Subsequently, the die-cutting head is moved downwards via the exit end of the cylinder to cut the workpiece from top to bottom; the waste generated during cutting falls from top to bottom into the waste collection box via the material guide channels.Afterwards, the output end of the electric push rod drives the coupling plate and several groups of ejector assemblies synchronously upwards to lift the corners of the workpiece to be punched, so that after separation and non-stick treatment, the workpiece to be punched is transported horizontally from the stop plate assembly and the functions of positioning, punching and transport are carried out successively.
