Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of printed circuit board processing, in particular a pressing device for flexible printed circuit boards, comprising a fixed seat, a press plate component, a pressing component and an elastic contact element; a lower cushioning plate is mounted on the upper side of the fixed seat, the fixed seat serving to heat the lower cushioning plate; one end of the press plate component is rotatably connected to an end of the fixed seat, an upper cushioning plate being mounted on the underside of the press plate component, the upper cushioning plate serving to bear in contact with the surface of the lower cushioning plate; one end of the pressing component is rotatably connected to an end of the fixed seat, the pressing component being arranged on a side of the press plate component facing away from the fixed seat;The elastic contact element is removable and mounted in the press component. One elastic end of the contact element rests against the press plate component. When the press component is pressed down, the elastic end is subjected to force and compressed, while in this state a fixed end of the elastic contact element rests against the press plate component. The segmented application of pressure avoids pressure fluctuations associated with a uniform application method. The removable design of the elastic contact element solves the problems of the complex maintenance of conventional elastic components and the impairment of assembly accuracy.
