Abstract
Disclosed is a method for designing an obstacle-avoiding wheel assembly for an internal mobile welding platform and an obstacle-avoiding wheel assembly. The designing method includes: S1. obtaining the distribution of splashing particles, and obtaining the weight and size of an internal mobile welding platform and the magnetic force of a secondary wheel; S2. obtaining a wheel assembly design scheme based on the distribution of splashing particles, the weight and size of the internal mobile welding platform and the magnetic force of the secondary wheel; and S3. assembling a new wheel assembly based on the wheel assembly design scheme, and testing the new wheel assembly to determine whether the new wheel assembly needs to be optimized and adjusted based on a test result.
