An absorbable bone filling material and a preparation method thereof

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of clinical medicine and medical devices, and in particular relates to an absorbable bone filling material and a preparation method thereof. Calcium carbonate powder, type III collagen peptide, sodium hyaluronate, and starch are uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed material; an aqueous ethanol solution is added to the mixed material and mixed uniformly to obtain a homogeneous wet material; the homogeneous wet material is molded to obtain a green body; the green body is subjected to low-temperature baking and then air-dried to obtain the absorbable bone filling material. The absorbable bone filling material of the present invention has a certain hardness, which is conducive to filling the deep part of a screw channel and filling relatively deep screw channels. It can provide a certain supporting effect within the screw channel, promote bone growth within the screw channel, and accelerate patient recovery.
