A Cultivation Method for Organic Selenium-Enriched Soybean Sprouts

Abstract

The present invention provides a method for producing organic selenium-rich soybean sprouts. The production method includes six steps: selection of seeds, preparation of selenium solution, soaking, sowing, cultivation, and harvesting. By comparing the effects of biogenic nano-selenium and sodium selenite control group solutions at different dilutions on the production of organic selenium in soybean sprouts, a more effective and selenium-enriched sprout can be obtained.
