Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent yoga training mat, including an intelligent yoga training mat, including a protective layer, a sensing layer, a support layer laminated from top to bottom, and a control module disposed at the edge of the support layer; the protective layer has a built-in programmable LED matrix, and the surface is provided with a nano-hydrophobic coating; the sensing layer includes an array of flexible pressure sensing units and a signal collector, where the flexible pressure sensing units are formed by weaving piezoresistive sensing yarns into a mesh structure; the support layer incorporates uniformly distributed vibration motors and waterproof wiring channels internally; the control module includes a signal processor, a wireless communication module, a voice module, and a music storage module, wherein the signal processor pre-stores a standard pressure trajectory database of classic yoga poses.
