Abstract

The present invention discloses a yoga balance training auxiliary apparatus, comprising: a base plate, having a circular flat plate structure; an arc-shaped support seat, fixed to a central position of an upper surface of the base plate, where an upper surface of the arc-shaped support seat is an arc-shaped surface conforming to a human ankle; adjustable side support assemblies, symmetrically arranged on two sides of the arc- shaped support seat, each adjustable side support assembly comprising a fixed rod, a telescopic sleeve rod, and an arc-shaped clamping plate, wherein the fixed rod is vertically fixed to the base plate, the telescopic sleeve rod is sleeved inside the fixed rod and fixed by a locking bolt, and the arc-shaped clamping plate is connected to a top end of the telescopic sleeve rod via a rotating shaft.
