Abstract

The present invention discloses an efficient purification system based on cyclone separation and helical electromagnetic adsorption, including a physical purification unit for performing multi-stage gas-solid or liquid-solid separation, a sensor network for acquiring operating state parameters and inlet operating condition parameters, an adaptive intelligent control unit whose signal input end is connected to the sensor network, and an actuator whose control end is connected to a signal output end of the adaptive intelligent control unit and whose controlled end is connected to the physical purification unit, where the adaptive intelligent control unit generates optimized control instructions based on data acquired by the sensor network through a built-in intelligent decision-making module, and drives the actuator to adjust operating parameters of the physical purification unit. In the present invention, through intelligent control, operating parameters are dynamically optimized, such that an optimal balance between purification efficiency and energy consumption is achieved.
