Abstract
The present invention relates to a limited buffer area production scheduling optimization method based on tooling matching. It creates production scheduling tasks based on production orders, forms a flexible assembly line with limited buffer area and product-tooling matching information, and uses the compact genetic algorithm to adjust the product start-up sequence to adjust the matching results of frequently used tools, thereby reducing the waiting time caused by tooling matching. In the multi-rule local assignment process, the work in progress products are first screened by the tooling matching priority rule, and then the work in progress product assembly tooling and processing workstation are selected using the longest waiting time priority rule. After the work-in-process is completed with the disassembly of the tooling, the tooling is automatically unbound from the work-in-process product, the disassembly time is updated, and the tooling sequence is returned, satisfying the reuse condition, the tooling with the longest waiting time is given priority for reuse. One evolution will generate two individuals, calculate the optimal fitness value and select it as the local optimum for the update of the probability matrix, compare the global optimum and perform selective updates. After the iteration is completed, the global optimum is the final production scheduling result.
