Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of extraction of active components from traditional Chinese medicines and pharmacological verification, and more specifically relates to a method for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of active components from Carthamus tinctorius L. using natural deep eutectic solvents. Taking Carthamus tinctorius L. as the raw material, the invention screens a suitable natural deep eutectic solvent system, and determines the key factors affecting the extraction rate through ultrasonic single-factor experiments; constructs an experimental scheme by Box-Benhnken central composite experimental design, determines the contents of the two target components by HPLC, and calculates the comprehensive evaluation value through the entropy weight method; introduces the fish swarm algorithm to optimize the extraction process, obtains the optimal extraction conditions. The obtained optimal extraction conditions are used to extract the active components from Carthamus tinctorius L., which has high extraction efficiency environmental friendliness, the extract has clear antioxidant pharmacological activity.
