Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of extraction of active components from traditional Chinese medicines, and specifically relates to a method for preparing an extract of volatile components from cloves by ultrasonic synergistic assistance with natural lipophilic deep eutectic solvents. The method includes the following steps: adding clove powder into the deep eutectic solvent, wherein the ratio of clove powder to the deep eutectic solvent is 25-200 mg / mL; performing ultrasonic extraction at 30-70°C for 15-60 minutes; centrifuging; collecting the supernatant to obtain the clove extract; the natural lipophilic deep eutectic solvent is prepared by mixing a hydrogen bond donor and a hydrogen bond acceptor; the hydrogen bond acceptor at least includes menthol; the hydrogen bond donor at least includes one of acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, valeric acid, caproic acid, heptanoic acid, caprylic acid, lactic acid, propanol, butanol, and octanol.
