Abstract

This invention discloses a hospital performance evaluation system for multi-source scientific research data collaboration, comprising: a multi-source data collection module for gathering raw research performance data from internal hospital information systems and external scientific databases; a data collaborative processing module connected to the multi-source data collection module, which performs cleaning, integration, and standardization of the raw data to generate high-quality collaborative data; a performance indicator modeling module connected to the data collaborative processing module, which calculates the high-quality collaborative data using data envelopment analysis models and radial basis function neural networks to produce performance evaluation results; and a performance management platform connected to the performance indicator modeling module, which displays the performance evaluation results. The invention enables automatic collection, collaborative processing, intelligent modeling, and visual management of current scientific research data, allowing precise, efficient, and dynamic evaluation of research performance at the hospital, department, and individual levels.
