Abstract

A post-stroke dysphagia rehabilitation exercise device, through the combination and use of various modules, effectively assists patients in chewing training, swallowing training, drinking water training, and raising the throat training. It accurately detects the location where patients lose bite force during chewing, reasonably distributes air pressure to various elevated areas, allowing patients to fully experience the sensation of chewing, with adjustable air pressure as they progress. The device also includes a first infusion device that generates cold and hot stimulation in the patient's mouth during chewing training. Combined with computer-displayed instructions, it guides patients to memorize oral sensations and chewing feelings, enhancing the effectiveness of rehabilitation exercise. Additionally, different consistency boluses formed by the swallowing training module, combined with chewing training, complete the swallowing training, exercising patients' action chain reactions and enhancing the rehabilitation effects.
