Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of plastic pellet processing equipment, and discloses a modularized assembled and integrated underwater pelletizing device, including: a pelletizing main body, including a receiving box body connected to an extruder, a pelletizing space provided in the receiving box body, and a discharge component provided at a lower end of the receiving box body; a pelletizing assembly, including a pelletizing component provided in the receiving box body, a conveying component provided at a lower end of the pelletizing component, and an intermittent control component provided on the pelletizing component, wherein the intermittent control component is connected to the conveying component; a water conveying assembly, including a water input pipe detachably provided on the receiving box body, a water output pipe provided at the lower end of the receiving box body, and a filtering component provided in the water output pipe. The entire operation process enables the pellets to be sufficiently cooled in the water after being cut, and achieves solid-liquid separation when being sent out, thereby separating the plastic pellets from the water and eliminating the need for a subsequent filtering process.
