Abstract

This invention discloses a gene that enhances the angiogenesis-promoting ability of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell exosomes and its applications. The nucleotide sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO:1. The invention provides the application of this gene, which enhances the angiogenesis-promoting ability of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell exosomes, in the preparation of drugs for treating renal interstitial fibrosis. For the first time, this invention utilizes GDNF-modified AMSCs exosomes for research related to kidney diseases, optimizing the methods of stem cell therapy, and exploring new avenues in traditional cell therapy.
