Abstract

The present invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials, and more specifically relates to a clinically ready-to use autologous adipose tissue-derived matrix collagen membrane and applications thereof. The clinically ready-to-use autologous adipose tissue-derived matrix collagen membrane provided by the present invention is mainly composed of collagen proteins derived from autologous adipose tissue, and contains a variety of key adhesive proteins as well as bioactive components such as glycosaminoglycans and growth factors. Autologous adipose tissue is used as a raw material, cells are disrupted by mechanical methods, cellular components such as cell debris and oil droplets are removed by repeated washing, and then the material is mechanically pressed through a mold to form a membrane having uniform thickness, regular shape, and a rough surface. The membrane effectively overcomes the limitations of existing acellular matrix biological membranes, can be loaded with a variety of bioactive substances to enhance functionality, and can be stored for a long period at low temperature without affecting its repair efficacy, thereby greatly enhancing the convenience of subsequent use.
