A dialysis catheter fixation device

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of medical devices and specifically discloses a dialysis catheter fixation device comprising a strap, wherein the strap comprises a flexible band and a pair of tube clamps, the tube clamps being firmly connected to the outer surface of the middle section of the flexible band, hook and loop fasteners being provided at both ends of the flexible band, a pair of rigid arcuate plate supports being attached to the inside of the flexible band, the pair of rigid arcuate plate supports being arranged on both sides of the tube clamps, through-holes being provided in the tube clamps, the upper side of which is designed as an opening, and a pair of inflatable clamping heads being connected to the upper half of the tube clamps.wherein the inflatable clamping heads are connected via an air hose to a pressure-actuated inflation valve arranged at the central position of the flexible band and a vent plug is provided at the lower end of the pressure-actuated inflation valve; the present invention provides stable fixation and flexible adjustment of the dialysis tubing, thereby effectively reducing the risk of the dialysis puncture needle becoming detached due to body movements, decreasing discomfort and the risk of infection for the patient, and increasing the safety and comfort of hemodialysis treatment.
