Abstract
The present invention discloses a real-time ionospheric monitoring method and apparatus, a system, and a storage medium, comprising: by configuring a multi-frequency GNSS receiver on a low-orbit satellite, acquiring navigation satellite signals in real time, utilizing dual-frequency carrier phase difference to rapidly calculate slant total electron content, and calculating observation confidence based on a Kalman filter model; further, a satellite end performs anomaly monitoring through dynamic thresholds, respectively generates and downlinks a compressed observation stream containing quality indicators and an original carrier phase observation data segment within a time window before and after an anomaly trigger; a ground station performs weighted fusion of the compressed observation stream based on confidence to generate high-precision TEC data.
