Health education-integrated laughter yoga exercise intervention training method for diabetic foot patients

Abstract

The present invention provides a health education-integrated laughter yoga exercise intervention training method for diabetic foot patients, including: acquiring, in real time, multimodal physiological data of the patient including foot physiological parameters, systemic physiological indicators, and laughter audio signals; determining the patient’s current physiological context in real time based on the data, and dynamically generating a comprehensive intervention strategy; the strategy includes laughter yoga exercise instructions, context-embedded health education content, distributed proprioceptive guidance instructions for real-time posture adjustment guidance, and acoustic resonance induction instructions for emotional regulation; executing the strategy, and performing adaptive adjustment on the decision-making model for generating the strategy according to changes in physiological data after intervention. By constructing a closed-loop system of sensing, decision-making, execution, and feedback, the present invention is capable of providing patients with personalized, safe and dynamically adaptive rehabilitation training programs, achieving the coordinated rehabilitation of physical and psychological states.
