Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of plant component analysis, and in particular relates to a method for simultaneously separating six phenolic substances from elm leaves, barks and fruits and an application thereof. The method comprises the followings: gradient elution separation is carried out by using a solid-liquid separation method, wherein the mobile phase A is as follows: mmol of ammonium acetate and 0.1% formic acid, and the mobile phase B is as follows: methanol. The method for detecting six phenolic substances based on this method has good precision, repeatability and recovery rate. And the analysis can be completed within 10 min.
