Abstract

The present invention discloses an integrated high-frequency hydraulic spool valve for active suspension, which relates to the field of hydraulic control technology. The hydraulic spool valve comprises a housing assembly and, arranged sequentially from left to right inside the housing assembly, a compression valve assembly, an intermediate fixing device, and an extension valve assembly. The intermediate fixing device is welded to the housing assembly by laser, and the compression valve assembly and the extension valve assembly are symmetrically sleeved on both ends of the intermediate fixing device. A check valve assembly is disposed inside the intermediate fixing device. The integrated high-frequency hydraulic spool valve for active suspension adopting the above structure achieves bidirectional damping adjustment through precise matching between the spool and the valve sleeve, thereby realizing accurate flow control and energy conversion of the active suspension hydraulic spool valve under high-frequency operating conditions.
