An integrated device for extracting and separating microplastics from organisms

Abstract

An integrated device for extracting and separating microplastics from organisms, relating to the technical field of microplastic separation. The device aims to solve the problems of complicated operational steps and low extraction efficiency in the separation and extraction of microplastics from biological samples. The device comprises a constant-temperature oscillating metal bath unit and a spherical filtration unit, which are used for oscillatory digestion and suction filtration of biological samples; a water tank provided with a high-pressure water pump and a spray head device correspondingly arranged with a filter cup at an input end on the upper surface of the constant-temperature oscillating metal bath unit, which are used for rinsing microplastics adhering to the inner wall of the filter cup; and further comprises a waste liquid barrel for liquid discharge and a vacuum pump device required for vacuum extraction, thereby realizing integrated operation of extraction, separation of microplastics from biological samples.
