Abstract

The present invention discloses a fixation device for the lower extremity on the puncture-side of the body following tumor interventional treatment, comprising: a clamping holder, a sliding plate, and a fixation seat. The upper surface of the clamping holder is slidably connected to the sliding plate; the upper surface of the sliding plate is rotatably connected to the fixation seat. A retaining ring is provided at the central lower region of the fixation seat, with a pivot axis and a telescopic slot arranged symmetrically on both sides; an angled worm gear is provided at the lower end of the retaining ring.The telescopic slot is slidably connected to a sliding block; the pivot axis is rotatably connected to the front end of the second connecting rod; the sliding block is rotatably connected to the front end of the first connecting rod; the middle sections of the first and second connecting rods are rotatably connected to each other, and the rear ends are rotatably connected to another set of first and second connecting rods. This allows the overall length of the fixation device to be dynamically adjusted to the patient's leg length and the position of pressure and fixation to be varied according to the puncture site, thus enabling effective adaptation to patients of different body shapes.
