Abstract
The present invention discloses a turning-over assist device for geriatric rehabilitation nursing, belonging to the field of rehabilitation nursing, comprising a main body mechanism. The technical solution is characterized in that a high-resolution flexible pressure sensor array is used to draw, in real time, a body pressure distribution map of a patient, and to drive left and right air-bag matrices that are independently controllable, so as to implement a “gradient inflation” strategy in which the outer side is inflated to a higher level and the inner side is inflated to a lower level, thereby simulating the natural, gentle, and effective turning movement performed manually by nursing staff. As a result, real-time and full-coverage monitoring of pressure on key load-bearing parts of the human body is achieved, and a precise response is provided when the pressure exceeds a preset threshold, thereby solving the problems that different support air pressures are required due to differences in patient body build and that different lengths of supported body regions are required due to differences in height. A natural transition from a supine position to a lateral position is realized, in which the outer side of the air bags on the turning side expands to a greater height to form an inclined supporting surface rather than a vertical lifting action, and the inflation process is dynamically adjusted according to pressure feedback until the pressure in the target region is safely relieved.
