Abstract

The present invention discloses a research method for investigating the effect of SNRPB2 on the in vitro development of early bovine embryos, belonging to the technical field of embryo engineering. The method comprises obtaining bovine oocytes in vitro and subjecting the oocytes to in vitro maturation culture, constructing an interference vector and microinjecting the interference vector into fertilized eggs, and, after in vitro culture, detecting embryo developmental indices and the expression of related genes. The results can clearly determine the regulatory effects of SNRPB2 on the cleavage rate, blastocyst rate, and embryo quality of early bovine embryos, thereby providing technical support for elucidating the molecular mechanisms of early bovine embryo development. The method features standardized operation and good reproducibility, and provides a new direction for optimizing bovine in vitro embryo culture systems.
