Abstract

The present invention discloses a safety driving control method based on steering wheel grip force monitoring. The steps are as follows: S1: Real-time collect grip force values and grip force distribution areas through an array-type pressure sensor group arranged around the steering wheel; S2: Preprocess the data and extract characteristic parameters such as average grip force value and distribution balance degree; S3: Input the characteristic parameters into a pre-trained deep learning model to identify three types of driving states: fatigue, distraction, and sudden health abnormalities; S4: Trigger corresponding strategies based on the identification results: For fatigue or distraction driving, initiate a graded warning and adjust the vehicle's power parameters; for sudden health abnormalities, initiate emergency control and automatically execute deceleration, lane keeping, and alarm; S5: Reserve a 3-second driver feedback window period. Based on the recovery coefficient, determine whether to cancel the control strategy. (Fig.1)
