Abstract
An imaging-based method for monitoring and nursing postoperative wound healing in head and neck tumors, it involves acquiring multimodal baseline images using high-frequency ultrasound and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) within 24 hours postoperatively, and obtaining follow-up images at preset time points. After preprocessing and registration, it calculates the area overlap ratio, gray value similarity, and vascular morphology matching degree in the wound core, surrounding vessels, and soft tissue repair regions; based on preset thresholds, the healing status is determined, and routine, healing-promoting, or anti-infection nursing protocols are matched accordingly; the nursing efficacy is then validated and the protocols are optimized through subsequent imaging. This method addresses the shortcomings of current monitoring methods, such as subjectivity, insufficient information from single modalities, and lack of precise evidence for nursing, it achieves precise quantitative monitoring and closed-loop management of personalized nursing, improves wound healing quality, and ensures traceability through encrypted data storage, demonstrating good clinical promotion value.
