Abstract

The invention provides an air-impermeable innerliner rubber composition for engineering radial tires, and belongs to the technical field of tire products. In parts by weight, the air-impermeable innerliner rubber composition provided by the invention comprises 6–14 parts of natural rubber, 80–100 parts of chlorinated butyl rubber, 15–65 parts of micro-nano reclaimed rubber, 1–3 parts of stearic acid, 0.2–1 part of magnesium oxide, 5–15 parts of zinc oxide, 15–25 parts of clay, 35–45 parts of carbon black, 0.5–1.5 parts of protective wax, 3–5 parts of aromatic oil, 1.5–2 parts of rosin, 0.5–2 parts of accelerator TMTD, and 0.5–2 parts of accelerator DM. When the air-impermeable innerliner rubber composition is applied to engineering radial tires, the aging resistance, compression heat buildup performance, carbon black dispersion, and gas barrier performance of the tire innerliner can be improved, and in particular, the green and environmental friendliness of the reclaimed rubber component is enhanced.
