Abstract

The present invention discloses a perianal cleaning device for patients with fecal incontinence with temperature control as well as drainage and collection functions and relates to the technical field of medical aids; it comprises a padding area, a rinsing area and a suction area, wherein the padding area, by the design of a lowered groove in the middle of the padding plate in combination with a lumbar cushion, a leg cushion and leg grooves, causes the perianal area to be exposed naturally when the patient is lying flat on their back, without the need for frequent changes of position, thereby reducing the patient's pain caused by changes of position, avoiding repeated repositioning during care and reducing the workload of the nursing staff;The leg grooves fix the position of the legs and maintain exposure of the perianal area, which facilitates cleaning. Simultaneously, the support structure consisting of lumbar and leg pads blocks the water flow from the lowered groove during the cleaning process and prevents the water from spreading upwards or downwards.
