Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of rehabilitation and sports training equipment, in particular a training plate for fine motor skills of the fingers, comprising a polyhedral base, wherein an interface and a group of positioning plates are arranged on each surface of the base, the interface being located in the center of the positioning plates, and a fixing groove being formed in one of the positioning plates. By integrating several training functions into a single base, the training mode of this training plate for fine motor skills of the fingers can be changed by exchanging modules, thereby significantly reducing equipment costs and storage space.The module collection can be continuously expanded to meet evolving training requirements, and the combination of modular resistance adjustment and software parameterization allows for the individual creation of progressive training programs from easy to difficult for each user.
