Protection device for flame detector probe

Abstract

The present invention provides a protection device for a flame detector probe, including a probe cylinder, a lens assembly and an ash blowing assembly. A fan blows air toward a lens base and a condensing lens, and particulate residues on surfaces of the lens base and the condensing lens are blown off. Since the lens base is an inclined surface, the particulate residues slide down along an inclined surface into a guide block and into a dust collection box, thereby keeping the lens surface clean and maintaining optimal light transmittance and light-concentrating performance. A mounting position of the flame detector probe can be kept stable by a flame detector connecting base, and the deviation between an axis of the probe and a center line of flame caused by the displacement or falling off caused by the working condition of high-temperature vibration can be effectively avoided.
