Urea preparation and decomposition system

Abstract

Disclosed is a urea preparation and decomposition system, including a pyrolysis furnace, a boiler, a heat exchanger, and a detection member. The pyrolysis furnace is used for pyrolysis of a urea solution to decompose the urea solution into ammonia gas and carbon dioxide. The boiler is arranged on one side of the pyrolysis furnace, and the heat exchanger is arranged within a flue of the boiler. One end of the heat exchanger is configured to receive primary cold air or dilution air, and the other end of the heat exchanger is in communication with the pyrolysis furnace. The detection member is arranged within the pyrolysis furnace and is configured to detect a temperature inside the pyrolysis furnace. The urea preparation and decomposition system of the present invention has the advantages of a simple structure and high separation efficiency.
